The room was pleasant and the breakfast was well-prepared. Conveniently located near nightlife, Walmart, and eateries. Interior parking available. Close to Playa del Carmen attractions, such as La 5ta avenida and the ADO alternativa station. Beach and other places easily reached on foot.

It is also just one block from the bus station and close to 5th Avenue, providing ample opportunities for shopping and exploring. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are a decent size. The included breakfast offers a variety of options, such as scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, and bread. The hotel also provides free parking and strong WIFI.
The air conditioning in some rooms struggled to cool below a certain temperature, causing a bit of discomfort for guests.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, just a block away from the bus station. It made it so easy for us to explore the city and even take a ferry to nearby attractions. This hotel is a great deal for the price. The rooms may be smaller than what I'm used to, but they are clean and have everything you need. The modern and airy building adds a pleasant touch to your stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure you have everything you need. Plus, the location is fantastic, right beside the ADO bus terminal and just a few blocks from the main streets of Playa del Carmen.
All in all, it was a decent hotel with no major issues.
